The beds were so comfortable and everything was really clean. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was great!

The breakfast

It was very unclean. Hair on floor in bathroom. Didn’t look dusted period. The maid came banging on the door at 8 am woke us up.

Fold out bed did not have any sheets or blankets also the pillow for the fold out was dirty and smelled. The shampoo and conditioner and soap dispenser were empty. Asked for 1 floor when booking for my eldary mother was told we would be then were put on 3rd floor when we showed up.

It was nice and clean and close to the venue.

The toilet ran. We did let the front desk know when we left.

Location was nice but that’s about it.

Room wasn’t clean, dirty dishes, needed to vacuum, staff was not accommodating at all.

The room was clean and the blinds made it dark and did not let any light in. I'm a night shift person so that helped. The bed was very comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast was good.

Nothing enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It was quite and in a good location.

We were using the hotel for a night before catching a flight home. Had everything someone would need to use it for extended stay. Comfortable bed and bedding. 15 minutes from the airport. Looked like nice breakfast although we did not have time to eat.

Nice big rooms with cooking supplies, fridge and dishwasher. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

They cancelled our room and we did not know until we arrived at 9:30 at night. I had received a confirmation when I booked , months earlier and another one the night before our stay. Ended up having to pay more at another hotel that was a smaller room. Our friends got their room at Home 2 suites and we were plot it. Was extremely disappointing! Our room was also less clean than i expected. Stains on the floor and surfaces weren’t clean.

The beds where uncomfortable

Decent breakfast. Not a ton of options but the breakfast bar was always full and they refilled empties quickly.

I guess you have to Request staff clean your room (restock towels, toilet paper, etc) 24 hours in advance First, no one told us that when checking in. Second, how does that work on your first day when room cleaning happens less than 24 hours of checking in? After no cleaning again on day 2 I had to ask at the desk when we got back late and we discovered we were completely out of toilet paper. The girl pointed to a tiny sign with about 10 different hotel policies written on it and handed me two rolls of tp to take up to the room myself. I don’t know- I guess I can live with having to specifically request service but why in the world would they not ask you at check in if you wanted to schedule service right away? Or maybe make sure there’s a decent amount of toilet paper in all the rooms?

The breakfast was nice. AC worked well, room was quiet, nice kitchen area in the room.

No water fountain or bottle filling station in the lobby. Staff told me the only water fountain was in the gym, which was inconvenient. Also the bathroom in our room had a broken pocket door that was very difficult to open and close.

Plenty of space for our family. Kids are old enough to not want to sleep with other family members so having the hide a bed couch was a plus.

Very easy to hear upstairs neighbors walking about. Blankets had some stains as well as the hide a bed mattress.

Our suite was clean and well-appointed. Once I checked, I received a welcome text from the reception team. While at dinner, my wife remembered we needed an extra pillow. I sent a text to the reception team and was promptly greeted with, "It will be at the front desk; enjoy your dinner." And it was- Exceptional service. We will remember Home2suites on future trips.

Staff was great, the location was great, and being part of the Water Park was awesome.

Beds were uncomfortable, and the location of the TV in the room was not planned very well for families with small children. Could hear the people above us all the time, maybe needs some sound deadening in the ceiling.

Room was clean and laid out nicely.

Spending $250 for one night, I would expect to have enough breakfast food. We did not get to eat much and there was a huge bottle neck for the one thing that you did have available, which was waffles. If I hadn’t spent so much money for one night, I would probably have overlooked the breakfast situation. it was disappointing that we had to go and purchase breakfast for four people when that shouldn’t of been an expense that was needed.

I liked how clean everything was. The kitchenette and that it was connected to a water park. Great customer service and a variety of breakfast that you can choose from.

As a retired hotel manager I found this home2suites filthy dirty and staff is very rude especially housekeeping Since hotel decided to put clean towels under the sink which was exrtremely unhygenic and im pretty sure if you dont use all the towels during your stay housekeeping wont change it for the next guest. I saw the housekeeping lady on our 2nd day and I asked a clean towel, she just gave me one towel while using the word OOOO GEEEZZ to my face i didnt want to argue so i left....next morning, while i was loading the car i put DND card to door so they wont come in but i was wrong they just went in without even knocking the door and scared my wife and my toddler daughter and left without even any word or apologize! our room wasnt cleaned properly so i went to store to get clorox to clean all the sticky fingerprints from previous guest and stairway will tell you if you are staying in a clean hotel so this hotels stairway is dirtier than public toilets and stinks...So im doing my part with writing this review decision is yours. this hotel not worth for what you are paying for, there are better options out there. I stayed many home2suites and never had any problems. This specific home2suites seems like to doesnt follow any guide lines from the chain and USPH...So here is my two pennies for this hotel.
