Breakfast, lighted parking, staff courtesy and the price.

Heater was tooooo loud. Couldn’t sleep at all. The constant loud sound of the air blowing and wooing through the window. Along with the heater’s loud sound and the exit door being slammed by the people coming and going! Our room was one or 2 doors away from the exit door. Handycap room for senior citizens. I asked to talk to manager, still waiting. No response! This is my 2nd complaint an still no answer.

Everything!! Couch was perfect, just needed a blanket and pillow. Breakfast was very good, my husband wanted to go back down for seconds.

My son called for Pillows, but never got them. But he took one of mine, so no biggie. I did call around 2am to get a blanket for him, though. She sent up 2.

The breakfast that was offered here at this location was exceptional.

The only thing that I would recommend is that a shuttle be offered to and from the McAllen airport. That would definitely bring more people to this location.

The smell of paint in the room, but I understand that the hotel maybe received some maintenance recently, which is preferable. Otherwise everything was OK.

The room was very nice and comfortable, high ceilings. I was impressed with the toiletries it had a nice aroma.

Unfortunately the room above had children and they were running around the room until late. Same, some people arrived after midnight and were talking loud in the hall way and loud music until 2am.
