The air conditioner didnt work.. they changed us from room at 1:30am and wifi wasnt working very good and I need it for work..

Well I called in and it said the swimming pool was open when I got there the front desk didn't have the combination for the lock and he told me that I could go in but I would have to jump in myself through the outside
Well if I were done what the front desk guy told me I could have an accent because if you have the pool open YouTube you should have the combination for the lock

The couches, the size of room and a/c the tv worked fine
There were roaches in the microwave and fridge, the door from restroom was broken didn't even close and the room had a funny small, I was really hoping to enjoy the stay but I literally left in 3 hours when I stayed i got pussed from the roaches in my food from the fridge

room was awful! very run down room. tv broken, security latch broken, no iron, hair dryer didn’t work. toilet wasloose from the floor.

Didn't provide breakfast nor was anything offered nor did they have an ice machine.. didn't have extra trash bags when i asked housekeeper

I stay in this hotel every week (very comfortable)

Absolutely nothing
They tried charging me extra because of a smoke smell which is understandable since it was a non smoking room what’s not understandable is how many times they tried & the drastic deferences in amounts. 150$, 85$ & the successfully charged 66$. Skip this one if you know what’s good for you!
