Close to the college
Beds were not comfortable and pillows were worn out.

Location was good.
Room was not clean, floors in bathroom and doorway were dirty, air conditioner had a weird smell, bathtub was old, chipped around the drain, no drain cover or toilet paper holder. Halls, elevator were dirty and smelly. I should have taken pictures.

Newer construction
Crickets everywhere and staff just said that’s Texas. Staff made it sound like it was ok. Residue in bath tub.

The only good thing I can say about this property was it was close to the park our boys played at!
The property was dirty crickets all along the hallways. There was a gap under the room door so crickets going into the room. AC did not cool enough and room was HOT. One of the rooms had a dirty bed.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful, price was good
Bathroom was updated but the details of the look was off, you cold tell where the old sink/counter area was. not the most professional remodel. The calk around the shower/tub was not well done and the color was off. Except for that I give the property a 9/10 for maintenance. I would stay there again!

The room was much bigger than I expected and had everything I needed. The staff was helpful and great.
When I arrived there were grasshoppers all over the entrance to the hotel. I imagine there's not much they can do about them, they were everywhere outside but it was a little gross at the start. They were not anywhere else in the hotel!

We didn’t get to stay. They wouldn’t give us a room.
The clerk on duty was rude and wouldn’t give us the room we booked. He was not helpful at all so we slept in our truck.

The comfort of room.
One of the employees wanting to deny reservation until manager told him he couldn't because his reason was not legit. Manager overall next morning was apologetic over situation and i will continue to go back.

Staff and management was great! The breakfast was good, and our room was very clean!
Only down fall was the noise late at night, but management took care of it, but it didn’t ruin our stay in anyway!

The receptionist was Awesome! nice and friendly! bed was really nice! breakfast was really good!
Disappointed in the bathroom tiles were all broken, felt like I was falling through the floor, just looked very dumpy for the price.. I thought I was going to get a way better room for the price than the Super 8 that was only $62…. so I canceled it for this room. I think this was way too expensive for what we got..

Breakfast was typical, waffles, cereals, eggs and sausage.
I was trying to nap to be rested for the wedding we were going to that night, but the housekeepers children were playing in the hall outside my room.

staff was extremely helpful and courteous. they even had dog treats for our dog and where pet friendly as described in their description. Breakfast was good

Great location. All seemed fine when we arrived. Front desk was Awesome!!
We entered 2nd floor from elevator and was met with loud Spanish music and doors partially open. I know is was the Christmas season and this seem to be a large group in many rooms, but even at that we wished we had been on third floor. No ice maker on 2nd floor. had to go to third floor to get ice 🤪. The room our friends had was very nice. But the room we had was in desperate need of some repairs in bathroom.

they are redoing it so boxes stacked in tge dining and just things that were painted over and not fixed

The hotel was clean
The beds were awful. The noise from inside and outside were awful. You could literally hear the people in the next room talking. People in the halls yelling back amd forth.

Thought we had booked a king deluxe suite so we could have our family visit us there. We ask for bottom floor as my bill had open heart surgery & thought it’d be convenient, so they gave us a handicap room, but not a deluxe suite for sure. For 2 nights over $333. I thought was way too expensive for what we got!

Older and needs some updating. Outside doors couldn't be accessed with card reader. Bathroom needed updating.
