The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool was well taken care of- very clean and well maintained. The room was huge and fit our family of 6! The beds were super comfy and clean! Bathroom was clean and well maintained. The bar area was so nice! The two managers were very nice and we loved our stay- I would have expected to pay more for that kind of service and kindness.

My husband wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but he’s picky lol. My kids loved it and they had everything most continental free breakfasts have.

Food was fresh, warm & tasty. Staff was very good.

The location, room & breakfast were great. The amenities in the bathroom were very nice and appreciated. The hallways on our floor were quiet, no loud guest. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and staff replenished all the breakfast items before they ran out. My husband enjoyed the exercise room.

The bathroom needs an update, especially the shower head needs to be replaced. No water pressure from the shower head. The bananas were not appealing to the eye, they were over ripe. The pillows need to be replaced.

bathtub wouldnt drain, hairdryer phone and other not working, walls scratched, old doors. Needs updating

The property was nice and easy to navigate. The staff was exceptional and delightful.. 100% would stay again.

Only one elevator but it wasn’t a long wait when they were busy
