Friendly staff (all staff members)

It had just went through bad weather (tornado) so breakfast wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. But what they had was cool.

Nothing it smelled horrible and the cable didn’t work.

Mold in bathroom. Room smelled like mildew.

it was very comfortable, and overall decently clean.

the room was dusty, and paint was peeling off of the walls.

It was clean, smoke free, and for the money very nice… The breakfast was a bonus and it was quite good. The beds were comfortable. The cable television was great too..

The entry light above the entrance into the room was out. However, the lamps beside the bed and on the desk was sufficient. Seeing that the room could sleep up to 4 people, they should provide more than just one face towel…

Staff were very friendly and understanding.

Our room was only half made up when we checked in. There was also no fridge in the room. This is the only reason we rated the hotel the way we did.

Room had an order of dog poop. We had dogs with us and there was a guest who had large dogs that weren’t in a leash. Bathtub didn’t drain well. mold and mildew in the shower.

Nothing.

There was a strong smell of cleaning products that made me nauseous. This was a horrible experience. I couldn't get an Uber, so I had to walk a mile to another hotel.

Location

All good.

Clean, comfortable and location was spot on.

Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone showed up for us to check in.

Convenient location

Room was NOT clean and smelled TERRIBLE. Bedspread was filthy, toilet seat was broken, room was not clean.

Nothing

Walking into the room there was a really strong odor. I sprayed some perfume to maybe smell better but it didn’t. Come night time we pull out the couch bed and the mattress was DIRTY!!!!! Stained with what looked like dry blood. On the mattress was a piece of paper with a drawing that had 3 people and one holding a knife and the words “ how dare you” and the paper had what also looked like drops of dry blood. I called the front desk lady up to the room to show her and she said “ this looks like coffee or a brown marker” Ummm no ma’am coffee and brown marker does not look like what was on that paper. I only thought about taking a picture of the mattress and didn’t think about the paper cause the lady took it. We did move rooms but it was because I told her to move us she didn’t even offer. The breakfast was horrible, it looked like the gravy was a couple of days old and just reheated. Nothing fresh. That same night we were under a tornado warning and the front desk lady not once advised for anyone to take shelter, we all just took it upon ourselves to hide in the kitchen all while she was just sitting on her phone. I will never go back to that hotel ever again, only reason I booked there was for my daughter’s softball tournament and the hotel her team stayed had no more rooms which was across the freeway.
