Everything. when I showed up to check in it was and it took a while to even get someone to come to the desk. Staff acted as if I was the inconvenience. The next day at 7am I have the hotel staff (same man who checked me in) bang on my hotel door telling me I need to come downstairs and pay (I already paid). I get down there and it’s an argument of the man trying to tell me I didn’t pay until he realized my card “accidentally” got kicked off my reservation booking “somehow”. Very Sketchy. The facility is dirty inside and outside. The Elevator smelled and had a puddle of piss in the corner ALL the time. I felt very unsafe by guest that were staying there as well.

There was old milk still left in the fridge from the person who stayed there before me and then bed wasn't the most comfortable and paper thin walls where you hear everything.

NOTHING I pay 2 nights but I just sleep one and I found another hotel to stay my second night I did not feel not safe on this hotel

The room and bathroom are super dirty The tub never be washed The kitchen sink clogged Noise all night Entrance door had a gap between the door

they did not allow me to check in so I could not stay there. they said their front desk person was late and asked me to wait. that was around 9pm at night. at 11:30pm the front desk person still hadn’t come and the security guard said he did not know how to check me in. i had already paid for the room and they would. it let me in it. I had to find a different hotel to stay in that night and they would not refund my money.

The staff was very pleasant
