The room was very basic. No housekeeping was carried out. Breakfast service was poor with empty bins which were not refilled

I didn’t have no blankets on my bed, no towels, no wash rags, no face towels and no breakfast and I had to call the desk around 10:20 to ask for my items…

Room wasn’t clean, didn’t have the room I originally had booked and gave me a room with someone already staying in

I liked the newer and updated colors and counters and cabinets.

the sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had makeup and some black stuff smeared on them. there was only one towel for 2 people and no washcloths. and when we did get new towels they had what looked like pubic hair on it and stained and tattered. the shower as cold water we had to turn on the sink while in the shower to get the water to get hot and the shower head kept falling off. the breakfast was good except for the eggs they were this greenish blue gray color so I didn’t eat those and the orange juice was just in a bucket with a ladle. Food safety may need to be addressed

It was super clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. Security was on site and addressed the issue below.

The TV didn't work (though we really didnt need it) and someone parked right outside our door playing insanely loud, booming music.

I liked knowing I was secure in my room, which was clean and comfortable. The propert was clean, and staff were great.

Location, looked a little on the old side, pictures made it look like it was a new hotel. My 3 year old started coughing immediately once we entered the room and coughed all night to the point he was throwing up. We stayed at a different hotel Saturday night and he was fine so we know it was something in the room that triggered his coughing. It did have an old wet smell to the room.

I liked that the room was clean.

Not enough towels, toilet paper for a 5 night stay. To many stairs

The breakfast was ok. They didn't have any juice though. I liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers.

We didn't get our deposit back. Still haven't. We left the room the it was. Basically we got got.

I did not like anything about the property

The property is filthy! we arrived around 5pm and expecting we have a room but we had to wait for an hour because they were short on staff and they have not clean our room. when we came in, theres trash, the fridge had left over food. there was tissue on the toilet bowl. the place was filled with homeless people and kids were very noisy. for the two nights that i stayed, i witnessed some guest fighting and yelling.

My room was clean and super comfortable.Staff was nice

The hot tub was broken would’ve been nice to use that.

We were absolutely impressed with the facilities and the staff. The breakfast was great! The staff was amazing from the front desk to the breakfast staff.

Sheets looked dirty and unwashed with stains, no ice machines worked on the property, confirmed by staff. No microwave in room as advertised. Room smelled like smoke.

The staff who works for breakfast room, she is very nice and friendly, room is great.

The juice machine was broken that made my kids being very thirsty, the breakfast room was so dark, just like eating in a dark room.

I didn't actually stay this trip. Although I have stayed many times before. Unfortunately,due to a bad judgement call, I found myself without my ID or $ card the day of my reservation. After the first night (still holding on to the hope if them being returned) I did not cancel the reservation. Leaving me unable to check in on either night of the 2 nights I had booked. I'm leaving this review bcuz although my reservation was non refundable, they did not chargee for either night which was such a huge blessing considering I would not be able to have my card replaced for a number of days. They were also willing to work with me in regards to my ID. I had photo copy as well as being a repeat & familiar customer. I ended up sleeping in my truck due to my inability to access funds but the hotel & staff went far and beyond what I had expected. I am very grateful and will absolutely continue to stay at their hotel. I must add, for the price, the location, the cleanliness, the feeling of security, the ease of accommodating my service animal, and the sound sleep I always get during my stay.. they STILL get 10's across the board from me! 😁 Thanks again Sure Stay Cal Expo & Staff. Breakfast was good and location was good as well.

Would stop taking “Homeless Vouchers” or limit the amount excepted in one night. At no fault of your establishment because I know you need to except them but we payed to stay there and they don’t . The homeless were loud all night, rooms had signs of being damaged and repaired, they were messy outside in the courtyard, hallways smelt of smoke from cigarettes and other things and took over the breakfast area in the morning, I didn’t even let my family go in the breakfast area and went to eat off the property.
