The bed was comfortable

Room smelled old and like cigarettes. bathroom facilities were very poor (smelled of mold and mildew) and unclean was afraid to shower, had issues with the heat/air unit. Had to pay extra for Pet and it was still unsanitary!

Room across from breakfast room. Very noisy starting at 5:45 am.

The staff was very kind. The room and bathroom were clean.

The bed covers and blankets need to be replaced There were several cigarette burns in them. I had requested non-smoking. The other guests were very loud in the halls, and music was loud at unreasonable times.

Not having the option to take a left out of the parking lot. The street has guardrails so you have to make a right and the make u turn to get to the Sam’s Club or Walmart.

The rooms,had a bad oder smell to them and you walk down hallway smelled like some people would smoking weed in there rooms so ya I wasn't happy about that and they need to change there machines to the right prices

Breakfast was okay. Location is convenient to everything around you.

I was satisfied with everything. Especially for the price. And I'll be staying there again. My next trip to Tuscaloosa.
