Staff was friendly! Quick check in.

The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were so small. Also you could hear everything in other rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable. the staff was friendly.

The shower water pressure was not good.

I arrived & even tho there were plenty of rooms to satisfy my stay The “supervisor” would not allow me to check in REGUARDLESS of a large amount of my personal items I was then forced to sit outside with my belongings FOR LITERAL HOURS while I made secondary arrangements.. WORST OF ALL I HAD MY 18yr old CAT w/me.. It was VERY VERYYY VERYYY DISAPPOINTING, I FELT SINGLED OUT AND DISRESPECTED BEING THE AMOUNT OF empty rooms and all others passing me to go check in person afeter person they were able… I was never given a reason just atttitude, sweat and disrespect. Due to my inability to stay at your red roof facility I lost out on gas money/ my time/ multiple offers and extreme discomfort to my cat. if someone would please respond to my review, as I cant help but feel this is still UnResolved. bathroom door had wood hanging off the back side of it , bed was uncomfortable, tv was from 2009.

Clean, well appointed, decent free breakfast, nice grassy area for dogs.

A few people in rags and very rough looking hanging around in the lobby and at the entrance. It gives the hotel a really cheap and unsafe vibe.

Staff members not friendly. Hotel smell like urine the bedroom floor was dirty. It was very noisy ,Breakfast was mediocre there was no one to assist us. The worst was to find the beds not done or clean!! After I left for the day. I had to ask front desk for new set of towels. When complained didn’t apologize. I left in the morning

The breakfast was not what I expected. There were only breads, cereal and waffles. No protein options, no eggs or meat. The eating area was way too small for a facility of that size. The location was ok.

The a/c unit didn't take the humidity out of the room. There was no carpet and we were on the bottom floor, I could hear the people above us all night long walking around. I had to use all my weight to close the bathroom door as it was dragging along the floor. Our room was near the ice dispenser and could here people filling their ice buckets all night and morning. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep.

The staff was excellent especially the lady at the front desk who worked extra shifts.

it was close to interstate 87

we were given adjoining rooms and the people in room had tv on all night. there were people roaming around as of homeless or displaced. it felt unsafe at times. the side entrance is unlocked and anybody can enter without notice from front desk.
