Great location for my needs. Have to drive a little for food. But, not bad at all.

My son didn't like the gym. Nothing really in there.

Could not check in early - had to drive around for several hours ect .

The customer service is at the top. When we arrived we were greeted by smiling clerks, who handed us a bag with a horseshoe ornament attached shock had bottles of water, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, lip conditioner, a clear bag to carry it all to the Cheyenne Frontier Days. They also offered a shuttle to and from frontier days! We haven’t seen that kind of service in many years. We have told everyone how that made our trip. Not having ever been to CFD we had no idea where to park if we drove, so the shuttle was also a wonderful surprise! Thank you to everyone who had input.

It was great

Welcoming, clean, friendly with an excellent breakfast.

Breakfast was as expected. The location was conveniently located close to the highway but far enough out of town to not be in the thick of things. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size.

The hot tub was not in use which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. We were disappointed that we were unable to use it as we look forward to relaxing in one after many hours of sitting in the car.

We received a phone call from the staff informing us of tornado warnings and the loss of power at the facility. So they gave us a rate adjustment to the due to the delay of checking in and not having the room available which was originally booked.

Had to accept a smaller room. Our only disappointment and sadness was having to see indigent people living out of their vehicles across the road from the facility.

breakfast was not „ok“ - no varsities of fresh food and why do we need to eat on plastic ?!?!

Customer service was amazing! They checked in with us before arrival. Room was spotless. I loved the custom bath products. Great breakfast! Super impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. Thank you.
