rooms smelled a little funky when we arrived

Decent hotel with a nice dog walking area in the back. Breakfast was fine--the usual. Price was great! Efficient staff.

The property was clean.
The breakfast was very disappointing. Minimal choices (for example: a loaf of very cheap white bread for toast) and frugality (a communal pitcher of milk, a communal sugar shaker, a communal salt and pepper shaker).

Breakfast was better than most .
The rooms are old ,beds uncomfortable bathrooms need updating carpet was awful, the air conditioner had bad smell. They did not keep eggs up at breakfast they ran out,

The room was quiet until early in the morning when the garbage truck emptied the garbage outside and was banging it

Wonderful stay, feels more like home especially with the comfy recliner in our room. Clean, great bed, quiet, we will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the Hot tub. Friendly staff made it a nice stay.

Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The lady taking care of the breakfast area did a great job. She was constantly cleaning everything.
We ended up being placed in a handicapped room so there was only a walk in shower which is absolutely fine, but the shower curtain was too short to stop the water from escaping the shower so there ended up being a slippery mess after every use.

It was a decent place for the price paid.
My only real complaint is when we got to our room, the front cover was off our heater unit and wouldn't stay on therefore it was a little loud when the heater kicked on

The morning staff was friendly and the location was convenient.
The common areas were somewhat dated and needed vacuuming. The window in our room was nonfunctional and the bathroom fixtures were quite dated.
