The new upgrades. And the comfort of the location of the rooms they put me in. They are spacious and colorful which brings a sense of energy of productivity and inspiration. They have a smoking session upstairs and a non smoking down stairs. You can not smell any smoke in the rooms down stairs which caters to the restful comfort of the visitors.

The customer service representative working night shift on May. 6th 2023 was rude. I asked was there any sitting area or could I use a seat to seat outside briefly. He responded aggressively mumbling. Then asked if they had disability accommodations he immediately gave detailed information on the sitting area by the swimming pool I could get to. Once outside I must say it was beautiful AND covered sitting area that I feel catered their visitors comfort.

Toilet was dirty, we couldn't take a shower and the whole floor smelled like pot! We paid for 2 nights and I think it we be fair to ask for the price of one to be refunded

Front desk clerk was very nice

I didn't like that everything was so old and had a bad smell .. 😕 also the price range was too high for how the room was
