It was very clean, safe, the location is great you can drive 1h to the Grand Canyon and some other attractions are close.Breakfast included some warm drinks, cakes and stuff.Walking distance to the restaurants.The reception persons are very nice people always helpful.If you ever come the AZ I recommend to stay here ! Great price great value !

Being 4th of July weekend, the bar across the street was really noisy most of the night and the noise caused my husband not to sleep well. Also the complimentary breakfast was bare minimum. yogurt, cereal, toast packaged donuts and muffins. not good for you food if you have diet restrictions and diabetes.

The location. Only. In the middle of Williams and next to Grand canyon.

The breakfast was very simple, and the food of low quality. You have to eat breakfast in a tiny room where all the customers of the motel cannot fit, obviously. The rooms are old and need renovation, and there are only 2 plugs. When we checked in, we didn't get the bill . We had to ask. So, several things to fix, as it is not cheap

The manager is very responsive to guest needs. I can say that my room was very clean. Bathroom too.

Adding a microwave to the rooms. There is a microwave available though so I had no problem heating food.
