La salle du petit déjeuner trop petite mais on a toujours trouvé de la place en attendant un peu.

El olor de la alfombra del cuarto. Todo estaba muy humedo y la alfombra empapada por la lluvia.

Location was great, parking free, staff really friendly

Not going to sugarcoat, property was old, it was raining and due to layout and lack of awnings it was difficult to stay dry when walking to room.

Muy bonito acogedor y el desayuno muy rico y fresco . Muy buena ubicación .

Solo un detalle, la puerta del baño sucia. Fue el único detalle que encontré .

La comodidad y calidad de las camas y facilidad para estacionar el vehículo.

Estaban en refacciones y durante el día resultó un poco incómodo y obviamente algo sucio. No nos hicieron el servicio a la habitación en ningún momento.

Es ist ein altes Hotel, dass jedoch wieder schön gestaltet wurde. Der Aufenthalt im Hofbereich auf der Ebene 2 ist sehr schön.

It is located 10 minutes drive from the Santa Monica Beach. the room is not so big but comfortable. included breakfast was fine. they have free parking on the territory - it is a big plus! there is a small pool - we used it once. we had to prolong our stay with a short notice - and the hotel managed it well. overall everything was fine!

Spokojnie bezproblemowo, dla rodzin jak znalazł, obiekt odnowiony, śniadania ok, obsługa miła bezproblemowa, nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone. Warzywa i może jakieś zmiany - kilka dni to samo trochę się nudzi

Super hôtel, grande chambre, literie confortable, tout le matériel nécessaire (frigo / micro-onde / clim). Plusieurs prises pour recharger, wifi parfait, bon emplacement sur Santa Monica Boulevard.

Clean, spacious good for families, safe neighbourhood and good transport links.

A little bit dated, can do with modernisation.

Air condition so noisy and position very badly. There's not enough space for suitcases in the room and not cupboard at all.

The location was great and the room was spacious and very comfy.

The hallway was too narrow for pushing a big cart with travel suitcases through.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, neat, and roomy. There was plenty options to choose during breakfast.

Aircon very loud

Breakfast was a good variety, and the staff was really good at refilling areas and moving around the breakfast crowd. We didn’t request for housekeeping, but all the cleaners were very nice. Also, the gentleman that checked us in at night, I believe his name is Robert or Robin, was very friendly and welcoming despite us checking in at 12am.

The construction was distracting. I know it’s necessary to improve the space, and appreciated the notice that there will be construction, but it would have been nice to have it completed. Maybe next time we visit we’ll see it done!

Everyone was so nice and our hotel was spotless clean, no complaints there. I had lost my rings, and they quickly made a report and found them the next day.
