The location is great. Walking distance to the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

You have to schedule for your room to get cleaned during your stay. We scheduled housekeeping to come and they never came. We kept having to go down to the front desk to ask for new towels, toilet paper, etc. We reminded them that we were supposed to have housekeeping come and they just kept telling us that they would be there soon. Never showed up.

The property and room were extremely clean and comfortable. I did not expect much for the price I paid for our stay, but I was pleasantly surprised with everything. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked how it was comfortable and had a nice window view, wasn't really there because of business. I enjoyed the room quite a bit

I didn't like how the maintenance worker was really rude and disrespectful to me and my business partner, he was very rude and was really aggressive towards me and my business partner, I would say the customer service wasn't good at all I had to wait at the front desk for 30-45 minutes to get checked in. And the maintenance worker didn't leave me alone when I was going into the elevator.

Breakfast was amazing Nadia at front desk was incredible rooms were so clean pool and Jacuzzi were so relaxing this was our 2nd time staying here and we'll definitely be back

Loved not paying for parking, loved the location, loved the staff, loved the breakfast options- wished the dining area was larger- it got busy

Our room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Incredibly dirty vents, trash stuck to the wall, syrup spilled on the couch.

Nothing except leaving. Employees were nice. Come on Comfort Inn do better and stop embarrassing your own employees.

In my opinion this Hotel is a mess, rooms are a mess. I was afraid to sit on the sofa never mind sleep in it. The whole place had this weird odor too. This whole hotel needs a complete renovation.. the toilet seat looked like it's been there since the '80s. Shower curtain rod falling off the wall, lights falling off the wall. Stained carpets, seats.
