the staff all the way around was rude and definitely unprofessional. the location was decent but the room was horrible. dirty messy and had a bunch of water on the floor.. dirty towels and be bugs.

Staff 1st & foremost. Building looks run down, druggies everywhere. Never even got my security deposit even tho I didn't even sleep in room.

Although the rooms were fairly neat. The linens were severely stained. The floors needed to be swept and mopped.The entire motel grounds were absolutely disgusting. I was afraid to touch anything. The stairway entrance wreaked of urine and was filled with trash. Everything was dirty and grimy from the floors, stair trails, doors and door knobs. I past the linen closet that housekeeping had left open and the floors were black with filth. I'm very surprised that a great company like Booking.com offers such a poor quality establishment and should really consider doing business with them.

The staff was the BEST THING about this motel experience, very friendly and helpful!

The room had a musty smell to it, the refrigerator freezer was iced over, the shower was grungy/dirty.

The location was not to bad

Room was old and industrial. Toilet backed up as did the sink. Light cover over florescent tubes was gone. No coffee, Toilet paper was out of a prison movie. External building was a mess

Could not ck in 15min early ,said would cost $20 to ck in early.. Room smelt musty,mildew!! Had Roaches!! Pool was closed!!
