Le calme et le confort des lits.
Le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Quelques tranches de pain de mie si vous n’arrivez pas trop tard. Il a fallu réclamer du thé.

I hate to rate the stay so low but the staff is a team. The stay started out great great facility, love the Lady that checked us in and got the breakfast ready. Was an all out big 10 until I went to check out. I do not appreciate staff repeatedly calling me a liar when I know for a fact that I was not lying.

Only thing I liked was the morning host was nice, the location was good, and when our air went out they immediately moved us to another room
The host, when we walked in black lady, was not welcoming at all, was slouched over like she was at home or something, and very unprofessional... must be a part-time person. I'm not sure, but this wasn't the job for her.
Also the hotel room isn't that clean, like it was surface clean but the door was very rusty, the didn't wanna walk on the carpet nor did I wanna sit on sofa because I seen stains, I never stay at Quality Inn so this was my first time, but not again.. they need to update a lot

The breakfast was in general. The location was safety and less than ten-minute drive from Houmas House Plantation. The price was very affordable.

The rooms are good sized and the beds are clean and comfy. The staff members were all very nice. Great location too.

They actually had three BEDS in the suite!! Usually, when I look for a stay elsewhere, they only have a 2 bed and a sofa bed available. But this one, I LOVED!!

it rains in the window there was no sofa in the room at all and there were people making noise at night and during the day and also the breakfast is horrible
