Everything was exceptional. Staff was so welcoming. The hotel was spotless. This was the best hotel we ever stayed in! The beds were comfortable. The rooms were large and quiet considering we stayed in the French quarter.

JUST BECAUSE THE NAME SOUNDS FANCY - ITS NOT! I searched for hotels by pools. 115 degrees in New Orleans, you MUST stay in hotel with a pool -I booked this hotel because of the POOL because the other hotel I stayed at was booked So we checked in Friday and I was told pool was closed for maintenance and would be back open Saturday. That day never came! I have an 22,000 gallon in-ground pool and I know what’s required to take care of a pool . NOBODY was fixing pool. It could have been drained and refilled in 24 hours. The staff LIED to us and I’m sure others that stayed there, too! The next issue was every time I wanted to leave parking the QR Code didn’t work and we had to find someone to let us out. So not only were we trapped in a parking garage, we were trapped in a hotel with a dishonest staff and a no working pool with 3 days of temperature over 100 This was part of our vacation - TRULY DISAPPOINTING

Shower and bathroom were filthy . Long Hair strands in tub and shower were walls on first day of check in. Blankets were stained and need to be discarded.

We came to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and choose Hyatt Centric because it is perfectly located, easy to reach restaurants, bars, and shops, all within walking distance. The room was great, very comfortable bed and super clean. The staff at the front desk was very kind, very helpful in advising tour options, and even the bellhop was so kind and helpful. The drinks at the bar are really well made, nothing to complain about that. "Chapeau for Hyatt Centric! Will definitely recommend it!

Super comfortable bed, great pool, great & supportive staff, excellent and central location near pretty much everything and just off the famous Bourbon Street. The room was big and the wifi was fast and worked well.

Nothing in particular that affected my stay. Minor things would be noise from the street (but this was to be expected due to the location and can be solved with earplugs) and the pool could be cleaned more frequently (a few bugs were there in the morning). Also, the ice machine on my floor wasn't working.

Bar and food was good. It was very clean. Decorated beautifully. We also felt super safe. It was a little loud outside and we didn’t sleep well most nights. This wasn’t exactly the hotel’s fault. Due to Canal St, Bourbon, street carts, police cars, etc.

We ordered In Room Dining and the food was horrible and under cooked. After complaining also they didnot take it off from our bill. I would have cooked deviled eggs much better from the chef himself.
