Lovely views from any room. Rooms are spacious and had nice room amenities. Liked that it was next to a super restaurant and close to interesting things to see and experience.

The top sheet had a hole in it. My room keys wouldn’t work and had to be reprogrammed when I checked in and then the next morning. Staff was great about addressing.

Only the location.

There’s no housekeeping, our room has fly and mosquitoes. I had to clean the room because it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for months. I couldn’t take to have a bath because the shower room is dirty. Our door room lock is taped about to fall out.

You stay here for the incredible view and the tranquillity. Hotel is located right on the water. Rooms are larger than most places, including a generous bathroom. King bed (had 4 small pillows) was VERY comfortable. Balcony with Adirondack chairs and plantation shutters in every room. Several homey touches throughout but could use some updates. This was our first time visiting and its truly a hidden gem tucked away. Convenient seafood restaurant & bar, Ruddy Duck, with deck seating right next door (try the seafood flatbread!). Having Perfect weather for a quick getaway was a bonus when it was forecasted to storm. Bikes are available to tour the island. Small town, great for a day or weekend trip. Overall decent value and would come back, especially if theres a great deal in the off season.

The staff attitudes left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was very basic, continental style. For the price it be nice to have some eggs or protein included instead of cheap, carb city (granola bars, waffles, stale banana bread, cheerios and bland coffee)

The cleanliness of my room. There was an old wash rag left behind with a previous guest. Dirt in the silk of the sliding door to balcony

Location is awesome. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many interesting places to visit close by.

Need some minor repairs. light bulbs out, balcony carpet torn, sink stopper missing.

the tv did not work in my room. The receptionist tried to fix it but had to request for maintenance to fix it the next day but no one came. The second night, the receptionist offered to switch our room but we chose to keep the same room and do without tv. She tried to help us.
