Breakfast was great! Room was very large, clean and comfortable.

Bed was good. Breakfast was ok.

Room door did not latch unless pulled hard. Bathroom door opened against the tub by itself. Tub controls came off and the shower was on permanently. The hot tub was luke warm.

The front desk was not very helpful & we reserved a room with a jacuzzi and at first they gave us one without a jacuzzi, they did change rooms for us, but that was about the only good thing about it.

Where it is located. Near restaurants. Size of room.

Size and cleanliness of room was super. The breakfast also very good.

Would of prefer a room on the ground floor since I transport an oxygen machine but it was a last minute booking.

Outdated filthy side doors didn't work. Motel smells like dog and mold.

Breakfast was good. We needed a rollaway and it was provided for a $10.00 charge. The mattress was not very good.

This used to be a quality hotel. Now it’s a has-been.

The manager did not get the memo about hospitality. He actually threatened to call the police because we complained that the tv did not work snd sent up an unqualified person go fix it after 30+ minutes. Nothing good to say about our experience. High priced and unreasonable per fees.

The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable.

Upon taking the first bite of breakfast I got the stringy feeling of a very long hair in my food that came from the kitchen staff. No hairnets were worn and when I spoke to the front desk and the kitchen staff I was told "I'm very sorry" however when I asked what can be done about it I was basically ignored. I had to pay for a cab and go out to get a meal to eat. Very disappointed in the lack of care for me finding an almost 3 ft piece of Har in my breakfast
