Location was good. Room was fine. Breakfast was below par. Had to go in town to get a decent cup of coffee.

When you advertise a riverview room, it would make sense to keep the windows clean. Room 320 probably hasn't seen a window cleaner in several years and it shows.

It was very clean. Room cleaned every day as long as you didn't put do not disturb sun on door.

The Front Desk person who checked us in was wonderful. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable.
The breakfast staff person acted like she didn't want to be there. It was like we were bothering her when we told her one of the juice machines was out. Also, the air conditioning unit needs addressed. It was pretty loud and didn't keep the room cool.

It was dark inside, could use some TLC/updates. Windows hadn’t been cleaned for awhile/view was a bit cloudy.

Was kept up well for an older hotel. The pool was great, the location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.

Many tv channels had no volume, addressed this with staff members both days but it was never rectified. Breakfast staff was unfriendly.

Great location to restaurants, shops, local history and the waterfront. I appreciated the great customer service provided by all the staff.

Loved the staff, the front desk clerk was amazing & super friendly. The location is within walking distance to the main strip. Everything was fresh & clean. The bed was super comfortable.
The pool area is in the lobby area and you could hear people talking & kids yelling. It was like they were right outside our door and we were on the third floor. That was the only thing that we didn't like.
