Extremely dirty (room, stairs, Pool), Breakfast very very Limited

One double room had 1, towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for two people. Had NO pillowcases at all. Gross! Breakfast was empty gravy for biscuits and gravy and the waffle area was gross.

for me it was pricey, to think that they don’t have a nice accommodations, like they don’t even have a elevator going to the second floor. Their breakfast was not good and their coffee dispensers are looking so dirty.

We arrived there past 3 o’clock but the room was not clean she said or not ready.
Can’t assigned me a room number yet but she took all my check-in informations.
Took my payments information already without given me any key-room.
Weird. Definitely not going back to that facility.

The room was clean and neat and the bed was nice..Breakfast was good..The front desk ladies were good..
We stayed on the bottom floor and both nights we were woken up several times by loud stomps and walking..Our second day we had to ask for clean towels to bathe with and garbage bags to clean our room..I think staff should at least bring you clean towels the next day of your stay..Or was we supposed to bath with our dirty towels..

nice staff didn't eat the location was great the room comfortable but restroom needs bright 💡 lighting and would've been great if we didn't have to take stairs to get to our room but the nice staff lady that checked us in let us know the closest area to take and it was built before the regulations was put in to require elevators.

Convenient location close to the casino
1. ROOM WAS NOT READY WHEN WE ARRIVED TO TOWN
2. MY 62 YEAR OLD WIFE HAD TO WALK STAIRS BECAUSE THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING

4. CABLE GUY AND MANAGER TRIED TO FIX THE ISSUE DURING OUR RELAXATION/ANNIVERSARY. NOT ROMANTIC AT ALL

the room had wet carpet and it smelled bad.
we had 3 guest and in a room with two beds, they only had towels for 2 people should it not be stocked four 4 people.
the smell in the room was horrible, and the door slamming up and down the hall way, it was so loud they could wake the dead.

good location. staff helpful. breakfast as basic but good enough. had on-site laundry
it was not clean. cleaning staff were very busy, understaffed. it was still dirty when we checked in, then the roof leaked from room above shower. walls were very thin. hallway smelt bad.

Was just OK.. Nothing really special
The breakfast both days, or lack of it, was not very good.. Just some biscuits, cereal, waffles, most were gone by 8:30

The location was convenient to Choctaw Casino where we were going to see a concert.
The room smelled dusty. There were a few things at the free breakfast that were out of stock, but the attendant explained the supply chain issues.

Stayed in handi cap room 110 the people above us when they walked the structure squeaked loudly ! Weak structural in their flooring!
