This hotel was fine clean

Cleanliness

The room had bedbugs the receptionist was trying to charge me a deposit for $150 dollars . I really think she was stero typing me because I’m a black female . She put us in a room with bedbugs

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

The noise outside of the room by other people staying there and I had to kill a few cockroaches.

Location is great for visiting family.

There was mold in the shower. The bathroom door was dirty Under the bed was some kind of metal that made a noise every time you move. I made a mistake on the date so I had to pay again. They took the money. Full amount. They put us in the back of the hotel. They had guests that argued most of both nights we were there. Never again.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. The location in downtown Lexington was convenient.

The breakfast attendant on Sunday morning was at best inattentive. We discovered soiled sheets with holes and had to get replacements. The door next door was squeaky and we heard every time they went out to smoke. The smoking station was outside our room, we are allergic to cigarettes' smoke. On Sunday we went to breakfast the eggs were out and so was the breakfast meat. We told the attendant who was texting and she snapped back that she was monitoring the room. We went elsewhere for breakfast. The bathroom could use a really good cleaning.

location, staff was super great, especially the man that was the caretaker of the hotel.

Rooms were small, we killed 3 roach type bugs in our room. The floors were really really dirty! The Floors need to be mopped, my feet were black after walking around with no shoes for a few minutes. The blankets had tears/holes on them in four spots. The hotel needs to be renovated & new linens

The young lady Mrs. Williams was so nice. Good location

Not enough towels and mold in bathroom,entry door has huge gaps at bottom
