Great location, Comfortable bed

The breakfast may have been good, but there was never enough food brought out. The pans for the meat and the eggs were almost always empty, and when she did bring something out, it was never enough to feed all the people waiting. If they are trying to save money there, they are succeeding!

Stop 1 in a long trip. Comfy and clean place. Large rooms. Would stay again.

Pool was in need of repair, my daughter cut her hand on ladder to get out. All the staff said was they will put work order in. Hope no one rips a leg open while getting out. 😬. Also almost thought pool was salt water and was not warm. Cleaning solution smelled like a smoker or maybe it was the staff that mixed with chemicals, but elevators stunk after being cleaned. Staff seems like they would rather not be there, maybe put a smile on your face and approach your customer instead of talking to us from across the front desk. Rudeness but I guess that's the way of the world. Sad to see customer service go on the far side if never returning. The companies don't care they lack customer service. Also I book for 2 kids and 2 adults and left us with pull out bed no pulled out with no sheets on it and nasty as pillows, glad we brought our own. So it pissed me off that I have to go on vacation and had to make my own bed. No safe either, seems like a hotel staple that is not included. Fridges could be replaced with some that you don't have to crank up to keep or get things cold. Couldn't turn it up anymore

clean hotel and great location. Check in was easy and night clerk was very friendly.

Our room, 201 was okay. The commode kept stopping up and bathtub was very slow to drain when showering. Told the front desk and all I got was thanks for letting us know. Breakfast was a little disappointing as trays were alway empty. Ask for an item, example a banana, reply was we have apples. Ask for more hash browns, reply we are out, and this was at 8 o’clock. Replenishing trays was very slow and many not at all.
