The staff was super friendly. Made sure we had what we needed and was comfortable. They even woke us for breakfast. Ive never experienced such personal service even with the more expensive hotels. A+ for service and hospitality

The rooms needed to be updated. I guess they were going thru a renovation upstairs but the room we were in was outdated. The shower was a mess. We were in a handicap bathroom but the water would leak out on the floor and thru the wall in the sleeping area. It was really annoying and poorly designed. Hopefully they update it with reno. It was 100 bucks per night could have gotten a cheaper at a better hotel. Only stayed because other family members were there.

The rooms were very small and dated. There was also a strong smell of smoke and animal in our room. To be fair, I did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel when I booked but the hotel is supposed to be non smoking.

Coffee or blood stains on the sheets upon arrival to the bedroom.. Just toss them out please. Luke warm shower. Even when turned all the way. Bed was comfortable though

The hotel location is great and right off the highway. Rooms are good size with essential amenities like refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker.

The carpets could be cleaner. Breakfast could offer more fresh fruit and gluten free options. The juice machine had specks of black specks in it, I didn’t drink it.
