Betten waren bequem.

-Das Zimmer roch extrem modrig. Immer wenn die Klimaanlage anging kam ein Schwall ekliger Schimmelgeruch. Fenster konnte leider nicht geöffnet werden. Klimaanlage reinigen? -Sofa im Zimmer war fleckig und wir haben es lieber nicht angefasst. - Wände mit anscheinend feuchten Flecken. - "Frühstücksangebot" ....... (Am ersten Tag 2 Säfte von 4. Am zweiten dann nur noch einer. Kaffee nur normaler, kein decaf (defekt) Müsli 2 Sorten. Eine Milch, bisschen Toast und paar Muffins(2. Tag alle weg) im Kühlschrank 2 Sorten Jogurt und Butter, der obligatorische waffle maker hat aber funktioniert.) Angeblich kommen die Obdachlosen von Gegenüber und plündern das Frühstück, ohne dass das Personal was sieht (laut Aussage vom Personal) 🤔 Notiz an das Hotel: vielleicht würde eine verschließbare Eingangstür (Zutritt nur mit Zimmerkarte) oder ein komplettes Tor vor der Einfahrt Abhilfe schaffen? Die Aussage von Personal macht Angst, denn wenn die Personen zum Frühstück können, wo können sie dann noch hin? Zum Glück hat sie uns das beim Check Out mitgeteilt 😵 Wir waren in 7 vergleichbaren Hotels in den Südstaaten unmittelbar vor diesem Aufenthalt und das war hier leider mit großem Abstand deutlich der Schlechteste.

La cama cómoda y las sábanas y toallas muy limpias. Alejado del centro, pero nos venía bien de camino a San Antonio.

La persona de recepción se hizo un lío con el pago de las habitaciones y me hicieron más cargos en la tarjeta. Dos ya me los han devuelto pero hay dos más que todavía estoy esperando…

The front desk staff were very friendly. The check in was friendly and when I notified them of bedbugs in my room, they were understanding. That being said, there were bedbugs in my room.

Bedbugs! Lots of Bedbugs. I stayed on the first floor room 105 and did a check for bedbugs. Apparently didn't check hard enough however. On my 2nd night I saw a bedbug crawl up the wall in my bathroom. I immediately went to the staff who thankfully placed me in another room. However, the bedbug bites are now starting to show all over arms, back and neck. Just FYI, bedbug bites can take a few days to become noticeable on your body. If you are going to check into this hotel, because of necessity, I would highly recommend that you learn how to check for bedbugs thorougly and have the measures in place in case they do find their back home with you.

The location is kind of okay. I did not like anything because my expectations depended on the review score.

The breakfast area is so tight. If you have a family, it is hard to get breakfast items for your kids. It was a total mess :) The tables are so small. There are a bunch of balls of hair in the pool. The pool does not seem clean. The elevator passed its due inspection date by 3 months. The elevator was making sounds when you use it. There are stains on the sofa, and bed, here and there. I stayed at many hotels, but this one`s review score misled us. The review score does not reflect the real hotel conditions.

Wasn’t in a too busy of a location

We loved the warm welcome, the rooms were perfect, the breakfast was delicious with lots of different things to eat. Quiet place, free parking, nice chatting with the receptionist and Norma who were so kind! Thanks so much! Would have lived to take you back to France with us! We recommend it for sure!
