Friendly staff. The room is clean, and the beds are comfortable to rest. Late check-out time and good breakfast.
There was not a table and 2 chairs in the kitchen ( beside the refrigerator) on the 4th floor.
Last time we stayed on the 2nd and 3rd floor, there was a table and two chairs.

The location was amazing!! Literally only one mile away from food places and stores with a Buffalo Wild Wings right outside the hotel! Excellent location! Such a cozy stay! Breakfast was excellent!! Would 10/10 recommend!!!

The location, room, staff and even the coffee in the morning was exceptional. There were dining options (restaurants) within walking distance of the hotel. The parking was very conveniant.
Room was a little too cool on arrival but just reset the air conditioner.

Felt like a family hotel. The room was clean. It has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kitchen, and dishes. The location is nearby eatery places. 2 minutes walk to The Metropolitan cinema. The breakfast is more than expected. We would definitely come back.

Location. I received a discount due to the A/C issue.
The male receptionist explained out loud how to get to my room. Luckily, no one else was around or I would have asked for a different room. I gave him a tip and please educate your staff: when a female is checking-in alone, it is inappropriate safety-wise to announce, show room number or tell how to navigate to her room. The A/C thermostat wouldn't go below 71 degrees and even with a floor fan, the room wasn't comfortable. There was someone's hair on the commode. I don't think I'll be back! :-(

I liked the location. It's in a safe location and close to where we needed to go. Staff were friendly and gave us advice on how to get to the concert. I don't usually stay on the south side in any town, but I liked the nice reviews. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
I didn't like that there was hair in the shower and water outside the shower.

The staff were very helpful when I had an issue, and the facilities and breakfast were very good.
Nothing, except that the Bookings.com site does not have the right information with regards to the shuttle bus.. This is a bookings.com issue, not an issue from the hotel.

OK for Austin. Not much to complain. Near to highway without being too loud. Breakfast ok.
Watch out for hidden fees. Parking was not included, although via booking.com appointed. Was put on my folio without explanation and folio only mailed after two requests.

Thier were close to many amenities small distance to travel. I love how prepared they were for any situation the staff was always on point with thier task . The kitchen staff hardwork is very noticeable they kept it clean and professional easy flowing for our meal to get on with our day . Housekeepers respected our privacy in our stay but as soon as we walked in our room ,it was so inviting . Front desk always welcoming .

The rooms are super comfortable and having a kitchen is very convenient. The hotel is beautiful.

I came back to this hotel a second time for another trip in Austin. I really liked the shower water pressure and how clean the place is.
I made the reservation for the same room i booked last time which had 4 beds but when i got there they said they were sold out and gave me a room with 2 beds.

Sofabed for our 2 teenage daughter was not ready when we checked in although it had been clearly marked in the reservation. Sofabad was much too small for 2 people. One daughter had to put her legs on a chair

not enough lighting around the parking area and needs more surveillance cameras. My vehicle had an attempted break-in. My driver back window was broken and my bed cover was damaged. Parking area was very dark. No help with the cameras.

you had 4 electricity outlets out in the room and you guys were utilizing extension cords to plug certain things in behind the bed. I was there for eight days and you guys only cleaned my room one time.  3 washing machines were inoperable and workout equipment to include the treadmill's was inoperable.  very disappointing

the carpet in the room made it seem dated also the sofa . it all looked nicely out together just dark .

The front desk manager when we checked in was exceptional. The hotel was clean, extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Pool was lovely after a 11 hour flight too!

Checkout was at 12pm which was nice because we could take our time to leave. The staff didn’t bother us in the morning either. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The TVs are smart TVs so we could cast our Netflix/Disney account. Included breakfast but I didn’t try it, free parking too.
