Qué no tienen recepcionistas bilingües, no entienden otro idioma que no sea el inglés y por las construcciones que están realizando en los alrededores es mucho el ruido. La alberca no es nada a como viene en la descripción de las fotos

Very comfortable front desk girl was amazing .. except for 1 lady!!!
Claimed I took blanket even tho I asked them repeatedly to search my personal belongings and vehicle... kept my deposit regardless of me being completely honest.

Parking sucked, other people were sitting on balcony drinking and talking loud and blaring music, major road construction that wasn't disclosed untill after we couldn't cancel without having to pay. And location was 20 min to nearest gas station that was riddled with drug addicts. The hotel was in the ghetto.

The room wasn’t clean. There was lipstick on the mirror, gross. And when I booked it, it said there was breaking served and that was a lie.

The guy at the counter was nice and understanding when I was in person, but over the phone he seemed like not a understanding person.

The room was amazing with the AC perfect working condition. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The handicap room was spacious.
It was too close to the highway, so you could hear the traffic. Plus noisy upstairs neighbors. Pool was out of service.

The location for what we were there for was good the room was very clean the lady at check in was fantastic very nice bed was very comfortable had a great sleep didn't want to get out of the bed most comfy bed never been in such a comfy bed in a motel/ hotel before was great.

Had great experience, very clean room and nice, front office clean, and nice staff will go there again I recommend it

staff called me at 9pm saying I needed to go to office to fill out registration card when I had already done it.Room had a big hole in wall in restroom behind door .

loud non sleeping travelers that wouldn’t stay in their room was outside all night drinking ,talking super loud ,with loud music .

Location was close to everything. The room was clean and we loved that it was tile floors.
We found a baby roach in the room and two big ones were right in front of the door when we opened it.

absolutely loved how spacious it was! it was comfy and roomy!
