Breakfast is excellent, location is good

The bed is a little too soft which sink a little too deep and the toilet flashing is not properly secured, we had to re-hook the chain a few times which is okay to us because we are once technician working in the industries. Pulling down of shower tap cap can cause our finger to get burn if not careful.

The free breakfast

The owners didn't speak English. We had to use Google translate to communicate. The hotel was old and in serious need of a remodel or being torn down completely and a new hotel in its place. The location was horrible and on a main road and hard to get in and out. All the ice and vending machines were broken.

Breakfast was just fine. Property is tired. It needs an update cleanliness not so match.

Location was ok except that there was a lot of construction going on around it.

Front desk was not available at all times. No extra comforter set for kids Bathrooms weren't clean n neat. Flush from the toilet was hanging out. Tub was dirty. Beds were HORRIBLE. It just sank inside as soon as we slept. TV channels were worse. Carpets weren't clean. Breakfast : not much varieties. No hot water in the flask. Overall worse experience.

close to Chateau St.Michelle, where the concert was; easy to access from freeway. Free breakfast. Clean.

“queen” bed was smaller than a regular queen-sized bed, shower nozzle and faucet were loose and made loud droning vibrations during the entire shower. I WAS TOLD AT CHECKOUT THAT MY CREDIT CARD HAD BEEN DECLINED, BUT THE CHARGES CAME THROUGH AND WERE DEDUCTED FROM THAT SAME CREDIT CARD ACCORDING TO MY BANK’S MOBILE APP. THE MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT PRESENT DURING OUR CHECK-OUT, BUT SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK.
