Room wasn’t clean curtains couldn’t be pulled only had very thin sheers so. Couldn’t sleep for outside lights shining in and there was a roach in the tub we

I had a room that out side the noise was bothering me and I asked for anouther room and it was no problem I got new room and slept great.

The pool was not so clean

Breakfast need more selections. They were low on protein item.

The breakfast was limited. The location of the hotel was poor.

I thought it was a dirt hotel, the worst I have stayed in. Very sorry I booked it. Even secure was poor. Back door access was taped so a key was not needed.

Sheets were clean

Customer service was seriously lacking, room had a heavy odor of old stale cigarette smoke and funk, toilet was broken so you had to jiggle the handle to stop it from running, overcharged for a room I did not book, not a handicap friendly facility, beds were too high, power went out for 4 hours resulting in my boyfriend falling down the stairs and getting hurt, no emergency light or back up generators for quest safety. Pitting a ha dicap woman. With a walker on the second floor with no elevators only stairs, very poor management and staff that does not care about customer safety or concerns Very dirty run down facility.

We loved how friendly everyone was and the bed was comfortable.

It wasn’t the cleanest property, we had a mouse in our room. And the floors were pretty dirty. My daughter also had a bad experience during breakfast her milk was curdled.

Even though it is right next to the highway it was quiet due to being elevated.
