It was at a good mid point in our drive and staff was friendly

The room, while ostensibly nonsmoking, had a cigarette smoking odor as soon as we opened the door and especially in the coverlets. The hallways were dirty, as were the corners of floors in the room. The furniture was battered and the ice buildup in the refrigerator made the freezer section unusable. Locks on outside doors were broken and propped open. The breakfast space was attractive. and staff was friendly. But overall we were very disappointed. We stayed here seven weeks ago and had a totally different sense of the place.

Decent room

Stayed 2 nights. No room cleaning. Heard every footstep of guest above us. Also next to exit stairs and heard every step. TV was not synced with remote. Giant jacuzzi tub in bedroom was weird with tiny shoer in bathroom

This the second time I have stay at this Quality Inn. It’s convenient to where I needed to be & easy to find. The staff were friendly & helpful. It’s clean. The breakfast was nice. The lady attending the breakfast was pleasant & helpful with my 11year old grandson.

Convenient location for stay after game-still easy to get downtown

Not very clean, breakfast food was nil. No coffee at 8:30?? On a Sunday?? After a game ?? Seems like front desk staff also manning the breakfast area may be too much for one person

It was very quiet. Excellent location and pleasant enough.

The shower was unusable. A ring of black mold surrounded the tub on all three sides. It looks like a bad retrofit over and ancient tub that was not possible to be white again. Halfway up the wall, a lip was created by covering old tiles most likely, and the entire lip was caked and wet black mold. The shower curtain had a hole in it right dead center from how it was hung and tucked into the soap holder hand grip within the tub. Just seemed a bit ridiculous to have a hole literally the first thing seen. It could be replaced or sewn?? I mean… so the health hazard was not good, I can imagine the entire property has the same issues if the same maid service is working in each room.

Convenient, decent price

I was greeted at the counter by a man, nice but really offensive body odor. Breakfast was bad. Very weak coffee and cold eggs. There were long black hairs in the shower even before I got in.

Night clerk was MIA upon our arrival and we waited at least 20 minutes (along with other people) for him to show up. I booked a non-smoking double and it reeked of cigarette smoke and urine. I told him I booked non-smoking and he said all of their rooms were non-smoking 🤔I asked to switch rooms and was told there were no more doubles available. My daughter and I Febreezed and sprayed as much as we could tolerate, but it was not a comfortable stay. They also had weird little square pillows… hard to sleep on. Breakfast was decent.

The pricey price

Pool

Room unclean, shower still had hair from previous guests. Spill stains in wall. Hole in the wall from door being slammed back, carpet stains and just gross

The towels were nice and the mattress was plush.

It was dirty and there are no identifying signs on the outside of the building. We thought we were lost.

Breakfast was adequate. Attendant did a nice joba and was very friendly.

Not too many diet friendly options. Freah fruit would have been nice.

It was so much better than I expected for the price. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Clean and modern looking environment.

The bed covers were a little thin.

Breakfast was fine and location was good.

Understaff and not able to accommodate check in at 3pm per policy. Per front desk 60 people had checked out that morning and am sure this was known when booking prior to. Several people frustrated had places needed to be and unable to check in. We , however, were accommodated .

Shannon at the front desk was very welcoming and polite!!!! Loved that she had colorful hair and tattoos!!! Super nice young lady ♥️
