The price was steep for what it was. No breakfast. There is no complimentary water in the rental.

Everything! Beds were soo comfortable. Staff nice. Cleaning staff were wonderful! Everything was spotless. Would definitely come again!! Also, bring heavy jackets. It gets very chilly here. Leave swimwear home!!

The room is very clean and comfortable. The property is very close to the main street, where you will find a lot of restaurants and stores to visit. The beach is around 10 minutes walk from the property! Nice place to stay!

Close to everything in Carmel. Pleasant space in courtyard for eating/ drinking. Made good use of the kitchen. Very comfortable bed!

Could have been cleaner. We found food under the bed from a previous guest (which I reported to housekeeping) and dishes in cupboard that hadn't been washed thoroughly.

if you are driving and you are staying at Stevenson 4 unit then you have to park your car on a separate street. couple blocks away.

Location was perfect. We parked by our room and walked almost everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a sliver of a view of the ocean. Just lovely.

We couldn't figure out the whirlpool tub jets, but it was still a nice bath.

Terrible soundproofing; couldn’t sleep because of the next room’s TV, voices, toilet. Terrible water pressure. Not helpful staff when asked to use their phone to make a call to my car rental company.

We’ve booked Dickson Deluxe Room which was more expensive than other units and the balcony was not accessible and we could hardly open the windows. The picture snowed a balcony and a parking spot. The management told us that balcony was for decoration. This was the biggest nonsense I’ve ever heard. They refuse to give us a discount.
