View, fake fireplace (no heat) wet bar style set up/living room-kitchenette (no stovetop), room size, quiet, close enough to walk to everything, right next to the beach.

Some areas look rough, wood needs replacing, painting. Shower water was cool, maybe lukewarm at best. Beds were extra firm, bit uncomfortable.

Love the rooms so comfortable and a very beautiful view of the ocean.

That check in time is 4 o'clock but you have to check out at 11 so the first day of your stay is almost over already by the time you check in... check out time and check in time should be close enough together so you actually get a whole day for the price you spend.

The view was great.

The pool wasn't heated and that's why we went there was so the kids could swim. Also, we had 3 people, but there were only two towels in the room. There were no extra blankets for the pullout couch or extra pillows.

I like the proximity to the beach and restaurants.

The beds are too firm for me. Small tv screen was really dusty. Ocean view was obstructed by trees. Attempted to reach front desk around 930pm Sunday night - no one answered.

location and pet friendly

we moved rooms at 630 at night due to noise of running children above our heads constantly. woken at 630am due to plumbing above use making a high pitch sound that went on for a while, we even took a video. oh when we moved rooms there were no coffee cups in the new room for coffee in the morning. overall a very unpleasant stay for someone battling a migraine. we will not be back.

It’s a older hotel but our room was very neat and clean we had a beautiful view the walls are thin and I heard my neighbors but it was an beautiful staycation for our 26th anniversary
