The location

The room was filthy! No one cleaned the floors or the toilet. The table and computer desk were not wiped off. I had to wipe food off of them. The couch was covered in what looked like crumbs and had a cigarette burn on the arm of the couch . Coffee maker was really dusty. Towels looked like they were used and folded up and placed back on the towel rod. They give you 2 bath towels for 2 people and no bath mat, so I ended up using a washcloth to put on the floor to step on because the floor was so dirty and covered in some else's hair, and I didn't want to step on it fresh out of the shower. Only "updated rooms" that I could tell were the bedding and computer chair. The rooms are so small and walls so thin that you could hear every conversation in rooms next door, so don't expect to get a good night's rest. The price point does NOT match the "updated rooms" at all!

The breakfast that was included was subpar. I appreciate the effort, but just some actually good coffee / tea instead would have been much better.

We like that the few guests that night were assigned rooms far apart. It made for a quiet night of sleep.

We noticed a waffle maker and coffee maker in the registration area but no mention was made about breakfast to us at registration nor did we see breakfast listed as an amenity when booking. It didn't really bother us but we were a little puzzled when we smelled the waffles at checkout.

the rooms were very nice.new everything I will recommend it to friends and family.

no direct path to the beach from the hotel they need to cut a path to the beach.

There were deer. The room was clean.

Not enough towels. Hair dryer stunk. Shampoo quality was horrible.

Remodeled units had comfortable beds, good cable tv, and fine amenities at good price. Even included a light continental breakfast.
