Breakfast not included. Loved the balcony overlooking the river. Awesome view of several bald eagles and other wildlife. A bit rustic, but exactly what we expected.

The fold out bed sagged in the middle.

Initially it seems like one of the better options in this tiny area. But the moment that we walked in I knew that this was a bonus spot! Not only was it roomy and spic and span clean, no dust anywhere :-) but the sliding door and big windows opened up to one of the most magnificent morning scenes I've had :-). On the balcony we drank our coffee from the cafe/bakery next door and watched the sun come up. There were deer, bald eagles, water fowl and the singing river. The air is clean and the coffee was strong...I feel rejuvenated. Definitely coming back and will book a space on the hot tub.

Great central location, excellent parking, friendly and helpful staff, views out the deck of the Methow River, easy walking distance to bakery and restaurants.
