Pictured rocks Inn and suites located at excellent location. If u need anything supermarket is right in front of u. Most of spots like Wagner, Alger falls are very close.

No breakfast.

The location was nice and central to restaurants and activities. The staff at the front desk were very very nice. We had a problem with our television not connecting and the young lady that came from the front desk that day was very helpful and was able to remedy the issue (user based) within just a few minutes.

Two downsides to this location? The first one was our room was on the second floor. This is fairly typical for us because we like to avoid having people above us who we may hear at night. The first downfall was that there is no elevator in this facility and this was not something that was notated on the booking.com listing. Being that we're both in our 60s and had been traveling from California into colder climates, we had rather large pieces of luggage. Dragging these all the way to the top of a two flight staircase was not something that we were looking forward to doing. Getting them down was easier as , honestly, I simply put them at the top of the stairs faced him down and pushed them. I'm met them at the bottom and we were on our way. The second downfall to the location was rather comical. Most rooms come with windows, those windows typically look out onto either a back alley, the front parking lot, or some sort of a favorable view that may be associated with the location. Ours looked out over the indoor pool and spa. We could easily hear the couples in the spa at 8 or 9:00 p.m. along with the kids that were out with their parents. Pictures attached. We made the best of it and were only there for one night anyway, but thought it was worth noting for someone who might be looking to stay longer.

I wish it had complimentary breakfast. They did have a food truck out front but I love the buffet style. Not many breakfast options in the area

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub- all were very clean.

The location is good, its close to everything. The bed was clean.

The room smelled like a dirty ashtray and stinky feet. The carpet was damp and smelly and ripped in multiple areas. We only received 2 towels for 2 people for a 2 night stay. Drains in the shower and sink were very slow to drain. Very outdated. No breakfast was provided. They do provide coffee but when we went to get some at 7am, it was lukewarm. The air conditioner didnt work well, thankfully it was on the cooler side during our stay. The girl who checked us in was very nice and friendly but when we went back later there was a different girl who was obviously on a personal phone call and didn't want to be bothered by us. We went to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a slimy film in it. The whole stay was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully they make changes and do better for the busy season coming up.

More staff is needed. One person is going to get burned out. She did an exceptional job helping everyone.
