great location and the two young ladies at the desk were great. Great sunset!

Basically no hot water or water pressure! Entire place only gad 5 electric outlets total. Had to move a mattress out to reach the only outlet in bedroom for medical device. Bed had no support and front curtains were pieced together(3 sections) and didn’t close completely.

View and outside seating by the water was exceptional. Amazing sunset views, peaceful - watching the ducks swim by and the waves lap at the sea wall.

This place sells for the location. Unfortunately it was raining the evening we were there so we didn't get to experience the spectacular sunset we paid for.

This hotel is in dire need of a rennovation. There was mold around the tub, tears in the furniture, dirt and cobwebs in the windows, and the ac units were so loud we had to turn them off.

it’s right on the Lake which is awesome! Location was close to the city & tourist attractions.

Room was very outdated and beds were uncomfortable but that is an easy fix.

The location is beautiful with the bay right out your front door. It is also less than 1/4 mile to the Munising Falls Visitor Center, so the perfect location to catch the backpacking shuttle for the North Country Trail.

The tub and shower curtain had mold. The can opener did not work and the front desk did not have another one available. The stove required reinserting the burners in order to work. The carpet was gross.

The staff was friendly, it was clean, location was awesome, amenities was good.

The beds were not very comfortable. I could feel springs. Also, the pull out couch mattress was was worse than the regular beds.

The room was very dark and outdated and was just “ok” for cleanliness. We did like the kitchenette and large frig. The view of the bay was the reason we chose this property. They did provide chairs and tables to sit at to enjoy the view.

We have stayed here probably a dozen times over the past 25 years. The only change has been the higher prices. Room was not very clean, dust/spider webs behind the bedroom door, signs and smell of dogs. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up and there was very little water pressure.

The motel's reputation was relying on the past clientele. The room was quite worn, looked unkept and old furniture. It was also hot, no A/C nor cross ventilation. Only one window worked and the screen on the door was not going to be usable when we went to bed at night. The clerk was nice enough to refund us our money after we glanced at the room.
