My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

There was no staff at the desk when I entered there was no staff at the desk when I left. There was a birthday party at the pool when I arrived, and I was placed in the room directly across the hall from the party. I could hear the screaming kids and the foul language from the parents sitting in the lobby. I asked for a different room and was moved to the second floor. Something was wrong with the air conditioner and it made a horrible sound when it first started up so it woke me up all night long. After traveling for 10 hours to get there I had hoped to get a good nights sleep and that just didn’t happen.

how easily accessible it is to the interstate

our bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. we had to get a plunger to unstop the toilet before we could even use it. the tv and air conditioner wouldn’t work. and the lady at front desk just didn’t seem to care

Nice, clean, plenty of food in area

Bed was a little hard, really needed a table in the rooms.

Shower broken no hot water, barely hot , told the staff, she did offer us to switch rooms right then, but we were leaving for a funeral, she said she would have someone look at it, but that never happened ice machine was broken on both bottom and second floor so you had to go to 3rd floor rooms are clean and fridge is large for a hotel

The staff was exceptional
