Clean bathroom but they kept on forgetting to provide/replace soap. The amount of shampoo is very small. They don’t provide any gel. Towels are clean but scarce.

Mattress was dated. Housekeeping made the bed and replace towels but didn’t vacuum the room and the carpet was extremely dusty. Breakfast was very reduced, there were not that many options.

The fact that the bathroom toilet was poorly maintained.

The management and staff were very friendly, accommodating, and informative. The hot breakfast provided was very good. Room was comfortable and had a large mini fridge. Location was convenient to center of town and as a starting point to Big Bend.

There was no coffee at the lobby.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We were surprised how quiet the room was, other places we have stayed in Alpine were more affected by train noise, or maybe we were just extra tired. We would stay here again.

Every thing was functional, although some things were a bit worse for wear, such as the lamp being wobbly. But nothing really to complain about.

The front desk staff was rude upon check in. Then our toilet was stopped up. When I went to the desk to report it, she handed me a bucket with a plunger. Yes, I had to fix my own toilet after spending $280+ to stay there. No offer to switch us to a new room, no offer for a discount.

The touch and go breakfast was surprising good! Closest hotel to Big Bend at a good rate. Very spacious room.

TV was a bit small when viewing from the bed. Blinds didn’t have an option to draw them with a lighter shade (white) that still lets in light but blocks view from the balcony/walkway.

The room size was huge! the rooms were clean and quiet. fridge and microwave. there were no issues with check in and check out. very quiet.

the breakfast was cold, no place to heat it up besides your room. But they did have alot to pick from.
