They have a GREAT cleaning staff who will assist where they can although there hands may be tied with some requests. I imagine the owners just may not know everything about running a hotel and if taught could learn so much more.

Rooms that have been unoccupied become dusty and this is something that I dont think the owners completely understand. Several times I have had issues with dusty rooms while staying at Value Lodge and have conveyed that to the staff who promptly allows me to move without question. There needs to be more attention given to cleaning rooms that have been sitting idle for a while and purchasing new towels. The towels are old and cardboard hard for no reason, new towels can be purchased on Amazon for fairly cheap and will allow for a better experience. I am leaving this review to give insight to some of the challenges with staying here but its not a bad place to stay, just could use a little bit more personalized attention to the guests.

Area was quiet and I felt safe and secure.

Hot water was tepid. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. This is not a luxurious motel. Room was utilitarian. Good for an overnight stop but that's about it.
