Location and room size

I wanted a plate and fork to eat my dinner- the attendant said the cabinet was locked- so I had to walk to the restaurant to get a paper plate

Very nice property. Plenty of parking, included breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and it was great to have access to laundry facility and even a self-service carwash.

Friendly and clean nice rooms

Some people who were not guest were let into pool. Lots of kids which is fine but if not guest at hotel could be a hotel liability.

Nothing

Our room was spacious, and on the ground floor. We had a door to the outside and a picnic table right there. The Alpine Restaurant a few steps away was excellent, as was the free breakfast.

Cleanliness and the breakfast was great

Except my husband is blind and the hall we were in they were cleaning carpets. It was very unsafe for my husband. The maintenance man seemed like it was burden for him to move chairs out of the was blocking the hall. Very disappointed in that..

Everything was awesome!! The room was beautiful and spacious. Reasonably priced!! The area was quiet and clean. The pool area was a great size also in a separate indoor area. Jacuzzi was definitely my favorite part. We will be coming back soon!

I have no complaints!

Breakfast every morning was amazing. The pool was warm and indoor so it was enjoyable in all weather. The staff was excellent. They all had a smile on their faces and were helpful whenever we needed help.

The only thing I could think of as a negative was that there was no bathroom in the pool area. You either had to go to your room or the public restroom by elevator.
