Room was great, bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine and staff was very helpful and friendly.

No pet fee. Full size fridge.
The beds were too high. I am short and it was difficult to get in and out of bed.

Nice place. Excellent stay. Room was very clean, quiet, comfortable with good beds. Would certainly stay again. Above expectations. Outside of motel needs some work but this is a working community and they put their money and work on inside. Not a frequent user of Red Roof but this place is a winner.
Need a comfortable sitting chair.

I picked this place because it was only one floor. I was told they are the only Inn in Pecos that is one story. The room was comfortable and breakfast was satisfactory. The only problem was all the road that made it very difficult to get in and out but that isn't the Inn's doing.

There was a laundry to do a quick load of wash. Also, it is located on a frontage road to I-20 for easy on and off.
Everything was clean and tidy as well as spacious.
Breakfast was very basic but did include a waffle option.
The 2 front desk ladies were friendly as well.
Finally, there was no pet fee, which is greatly appreciated, as well as dog biscuits by the front desk!
There was an opportunity to make the outside appear better, and that is to do some basic trash pickup and replace a picnic table or two.

The desk clerk filled my road cup with ice

The bed was hard, the cooler/heater was loud, my room faced the interstate and the traffic was so loud I had to run the unit all night. When I told the desk clerk she just looked at me blankly. Other guests were loud til 11 pm. There was some sort of nastiness in the shower and the bath mirror wasn’t clean

I didn’t like that the people working there canceled my other bookings cause I used the app and I couldn’t get my money back.

Breakfast was cold cereal or toast…if one is gluten intolerant what would you eat!

Check list for cleaning personnel to do all tasks and name left in room so cleaning personnel is complimented or constructed criticism.

I appreciate that it is a pet friendly hotel but our “next door neighbors” dog was barking and sounded like he was knocking things over. It was not a nice wake up call. I would suggest putting people traveling with pets on one floor and the ones who don’t have pets on another floor. Or at least skip a room in between if possible.
