What breakfast?

Room was not cleaned. No pillows or sheets on bed. The bed looked like it belonged in a brothel from the stains all over it... roaches and ants everywhere. Sink was clogged and the ac had mold. Probably the most ghetto place I have ever stayed.

The room smelled like smoke, the sink was clothed. floor dirty bed had women hair and the lights had spider web. Had to buy febreze to try to kill the smell and it didn't work. The microwave didn't work. very bad experience.

The location wasn't bad. Close to where we were going.

The elevator doesn't work right. Loud noises come from it. The room wasn't cleaned all the way. Sink had trash in it and the shower floor was dirty. There was left over food in the fridge. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no towels . The t.v. didn't work the 2 days we were there. Was told it was dobto the antenna but the rooms next to me had t.v. Tryed to call the help desk on the phone int the room and it wasn't even plugged in, there wasn't even a cord on tge phone to plug it in the wall. When I called the help desk from my own phone was told there was no one there that could look at it till the next day. When I got back to the hotel the next day still no t.v. no towels or toilet paper. Again called from my phone and the same guy said they tryed to call me on the hot phone but I didn't answer. Maybe cause it's not plugged in...

absolutely nothing. cannot believe booking.com is part of renting these rooms out. very disappointed; we tried seeing the positive all the time but just couldn’t the only good thing was the fridge

everything ac not working dirty front desk horrible customer service one towel two pillows no toiletries no toilet paper weed smell a small roach in the bathroom when I asked for one more towel they said no ; even though I told them we’d were two they said to use one and bring the dirty one back and I can exchange for a clean one HORRIBLE DID I SAY HORRIBLE!!!!!

I booked thus hotel for my 10 year old who was turning 11 and our trip was ruined because you guys didn't have enough rooms and were overbooked ...I could not find another room in Orlando that would fit my budget ..just messed up my whole weekend what a tragedy

Lady at the front desk was nice, but the Motel is extremely ran down.

Motel is extremely ran down. flooding in multiple rooms, no towels to give guests. A lot of drug and alcohol abuse. No one is monitoring the property.

Everything. Thank God it was only one night stay. A roach running around the room. The bathroom was so nasty. My husband & I didn't touch anything. Its a good thing we always walk with our own linens even if it's a resort.

Nothing-disgusting, dirty un safe I booked an ADA room and then they asked me to give it up for somebody else disabled after I checked in really terribly manners

Room should have had linens, towels, 1 towel in the room. I had a ADA room which was not ADA compliant- called Red Roof customer care-Amy, she said I should give the GM a “few days “ to correct issues!?! No microwave, stove top not working, big old roache bait on the kitchen counter! REALLY? Division of hotels will be called and also state ATA compliance… I gave the GM and redroof the chance to make it right , never heard happened…I’m not sure they have a GM at this property because every time I tried there was no manager.

musty smell, shower very dirty & fixture corroded, appliances dirty. floor & baseboards very dirty. countertop very dirty. insect infestation. sheets not clean & stained. tv service not working. no toilet paper products. we left at 2:30 to sleep in my vehicle. so disgusted we just wanted to leave.
