The location was in walking distance of the university where my event was held. The overall experience was good and the facility was clean and quiet.

The bathroom was uncomfortably small, and the shower rod was coming loose, and caulking around the tub was poorly done with gaps. The bed had deep butt depressions on both sides of the bed. needs a facelift.

Was there for a concert and most of us stayed here. From what I gathered everyone had a great time at the hotel

It was clean, nice restaurant. Liked the pool was heated. Walking distance to the holiday winterfest. We were able to get late check out w/o extra cost.

No hot tub. We asked to be on the same floor as our friends, since it was Single women and a child each, we were placed two floors apart. I felt unsafe during the night, loud noises in hallway. Couldn’t get hot enough water in shower.

only one elevator and had to wait a long time to get luggage down when checking out, about 30 minutes of full elevators from fifth floor before I could get on with luggage cart.

there are no USB ports in the rooms so bring a plug in USB. The bar closes at 10pm and we got there at 9:30 and the bartender had already broken down the bar and quit serving already.

Parking a bit cramped and water was a bit rusty. Overheard front desk say a plumbing issue had been recently fixed.

The rooms were ok but all the hallways and elevator were quite dirty. Staff was competent but not very friendly.

Bathroom is too small. The tub/shower needs a grab bar.. I felt a little unsafe getting out of the tub. The shade fell closed and could not be retracted. So much for the river view.

Parking was adequate and the location was easy to find. The foyer and guest services were well cared for and the entrance was welcoming. The bed was very comfortable.

There were no food or shopping options nearby. Once we got past the foyer, things were different. The carpets in the elevator and hallways were incredibly dirty, with large spots in multiple places as if thugs had be spilled. The sectional in our room was also filthy and spotted, so we opted not to sit on them. The rest of our room was passably clean, but, overall the entire place needs a good deep cleaning! If the spots on the hallway carpets won’t come up, then they need replaced.
