Very friendly and professional management, the check in and check out was perfect, also smoother. The hoy breakfast was really delicious.

The food was as good as expected. There were good choices of hot dishes. And the lady attendant was very pleasant and kept everything very clean.

Cost of room was a little high then expected

The lady who does the breakfast was very friendly.

I stayed in 3 different rooms of my 5 nights. First I moved because I almost fell getting in the tub so they gave me a handicapped room. 1 morning I had no hot water and the front desk just said that happens sometimes. I had hot water to start and as soon as I got my hair soaped up only cold water. Then another morning I had no water again and the front desk moved me to another room, which was just like the first room another tub that was hard to get in and out of. I was told about the water system was new tankless style and they would tell the maintance to look into it. Also I want to complain about the beds being to high, my last night there I slept on the couch, I told the front desk they didn't seem to shocked. I am only 5'2" and it is very hard for me to get into the beds that are to high. And last but not least my bill. I was told that I would be comped over my problem by 1 person who works at the front desk. I don't understand why I was charged 189.00 the first night a Thursday 169.00 for Friday & Saturday and 139.00 for Sunday and Monday. When I booked the room I was quoted 915.69 and the final bill was 917.70, Two dollars more when I was expecting a discount. When I checked out my Visa was already charged and just a receipt handed to me. I didn't like having to pack and unpack 3 times. I hope this is read by someone who can do something. I chose Holiday Inn because in the very late 60's until 1972 when I went to college, I worked at Holiday Inn close to the location this one is at. I liked the location.

the pool was cold.! and I did not like that the room didn’t come with a lot of extras like trash bags or other amenities.

The staff made us to go bags since we were leaving early. They were fantastic!
