The staff seemed mire interested in keeping their head down when we came in after hours.

Staff were very good - in particular Annette at reception was excellent and is a great asset to the hotel.

The night clerk named "Ismal" was very welcoming and so efficient when he was checking us in on Jan. 14, 2023. The beds are so comfortable and rooms are so clean and orderly with plenty of free safe parking. Hotel location is within 1 mile radius to major freeways, a big mall, major restaurants, bars, gas stations and public services.

The service staff at the breakfast lounge were extremely rude and unprofessional. The staff are Lupe and Blanca. I and another guest were taken aback when we politely asked if there are any more bacon and scrambled eggs. Lupe rudely and sarcastically snapped at us and said "You need to wait!!" She could have said it politely just by saying "Please wait". These two staff are way too slow to replenish the hot breakfast items specially when there are alot of guest wanting to eat breakfast. These two staff never ever smile, they always have a scowl on their faces. I know this for a fact as my wife and I stay at this hotel whenever we are in Seattle area. Our multiple stays can be readily verified at this hotel. The breakfast lounge has a big welcome signage on the wall that says "Good Morning" and yet Lupe and Blanca does not exhibit that welcoming sign. These two staff need to change their behavior and attitude and be reprimanded by management.

the hotel made a mistake with our reservation and handled it very rudely. it was an error by their employee not us and the manager treated us very rudely so we left early. we will not return. besides that the hotel was decent.

Awesome, easy check in, awesome beds and pillows and the breakfast was really good!!

The pool is on the street corner so cars stopped at the light or people walking by could look in the windows.
