The apartment was very clean and spacious. Wifi was good. TV had many international Channels. The neighborhood was nice with many supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, cafés and bars within 5 minute walks. Plus there are many charging stations very close by. On top, we had a parking spot in the garage directly under the building with an elevator going to our floor. You don't need to leave the house to get to your car.

Very spacious, modern and clean apartment close to the train and busstation (5 min walk). Some bars, shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood: opening hours remained a mystery. Pleasant walk to the old centre, about 1,5 km.

Probably the best apartment I’ve stayed at. The rooms were nice and large, comfortable sofa and chairs, had aircon, great views and nice big windows with curtains and binds, plenty of storage, decent sized TV with good sound, excellent soundproofing, nice shower, plenty of facilities in the kitchen, dishwasher, and the desk and office chair in one of the rooms would have been great to work from if I needed to. I wish this was my apartment.

Nothing. I normally find something to complain about but I could not fault this place, it was perfect for me.

the apartment is nice, big, clean and comfortable. the best thing that I love the most is we had a free parking space in the garage that is so big and easy to get in or out compare to some garage that is so small and narrow. we really enjoyed our stay there.

property was proactive in contacting us and met us at our arrival time in Ljubljana. place was clean and well managed, also had an aircon. the neighbourhood felt unsafe but that was not the case - it’s safe for families / kids. walk to the old town is about 10-12 mins.

this property definitely needs better mattresses. the current ones are very thin and not very comfy.

Roomy and welcoming apartment close to the downtown (15' walking). Finely decorated and really cleany. The underground park Is really covenient. Breakfast at the bar in the square nearby. Tina, the host, Is truly kind and willing to help for any necessity. Easy check-out. We recomend the Apartment Eva to visit Lublijana!

The apartment was really great, well equipped and very comfortable. It was very quiet and the blinds were very good at cutting out the light so we slept very well. The view over the square was pleasant (rather than looking into other apartments which is often the case in other properties). There was a very good supermarket close by to get all your food without using a car. The center of Ljubljana was a 20 minute walk which was good as parking is not free and can be quite difficult to find especially on a weekend. We had plenty of high quality towels, toilet paper, free shampoo, soap, washing up liquid etc. Everything worked very well including the shower and washing machine. Hair does get trapped in the shower drain filter but can easily be removed to clean it. The blinds kept the sun out during the day when were out to keep the place cool. The air conditioning was very welcome on hot days to keep it cool when we were in. The underground car park was a great plus as it kept the car cool and dry, so we stayed dry when going to/from the car when it rained. Access to the car park was very good and felt secure. It was accessed via a proximity card both on the road and from the flat. It was well lit with wide isles but the parking space was a bit tight especially when the neighbours parked close to the dividing line.

A minor point was that we could hear the washing machine spinning quite loudly in the flat next door. This was ok during the day but not at 11:30 pm and after midnight one evening. The agent was a bit slow in meeting us but was very helpful re the location of the facilities.
