Renovations apparently going on. lots of clutter in hallways, no kitchen, no coffee even. There is a big table right outside the check in window where a coffee station could be set up. sadly, no price adjustment for these inconveniences. The woman at check in and check out was pleasant enough.

Undergoing sorely needed renovations; hallways cluttered with vanity, sink replacements and shared kitchen for breakfast is closed.

Property location was great and easily accessible.

In major need of repair, room felt gross.

1) Small, quiet building 2) Attention to cleanliness for reserved rooms by staff-on-duty 3) Well-kept bathrooms 4) Quite descriptive reference notebook about the history of the area in-room

A) Holes in floor by air-conditioning, which seemed dirty B) Tags on mattresses and appliance cords (for lamps, hair dryers, televisions, microwaves, and any other electrical equipment) are unnecessary, and should be removed before items are placed into rooms, to prevent hindrance to retractable cord items, and sticky cords C) Although the place was under construction, a small breakfast could have been offered instead of none-at-all D) Window latches seemed rusted or old, and not completely functioning E) Ceiling lighting would be helpful F) Stains on lampshades (perhaps cleanable with sprayable isopropyl alcohol or lemon ammonia) G) Bathroom counters were tape-marked for some reason (may be upgrading to polished stone bathroom counters?)

Low price and good location.

Property was poorly maintained; lawn was over a foot high, old mattresses and other garbage piled on the side of the building. I think this is a converted nursing home.

Price was great since we booked over a month in advance, nice location in 5min walk from 24/7 7-Eleven. Just what we needed

TV stations.

The service desk assistant was kind and courteous. The room did not impress at first with no clear red flags, but was clearly a bit worse for wear.

The room and the other customers. The room was filthy, to be frank. The entire carpet was disgusting. Needs a steam cleaner or something (which could be easily rented and done in an evening, tops). Felt like I was back in a college dorm with the decor, too. The other customers were up all night running around the hallways making all sorts of noise. Didn't get to sleep until 1, and there was still shouting then.

Inn is in the process of being updated so the kitchen was not great, and the laundry was not available. However, neither affected our stay and we plan to book again on our next visit to the area. Michelle, who cleaned our room, was friendly and accommodating and made our stay very comfortable.
