Dirty reception area, not able to accommodate, banging throughout the night! Asked for a receipt and was told to get it through the agency I booked with.

Convenient location off the interstate

We were confirmed for one room with two beds. When we got to our room, there was only one bed. We checked in during their nightly audit, so they didn’t have any other rooms available. The front desk staff told us to cancel and collect a refund on booking.com, but the website wouldn’t allow us to submit a cancellation request to the hotel.

The room was nice enough. The parking lot was a mess from snow a week ago. The other motels nearby had clean parking lots. The hallway and even our room reeked of pot. We were in a nonsmoking room

See above They shouldn't say they have a breakfast. Not really even a continental. Coffee and granola bars. Instant Oatmeal isn't "hot cereal"

If you’re plan on a hot breakfast go somewhere else.

The heat went out in the room about one thirty, but let the morning staff know to get maintenance on it, just a day stay, and winter time been great having a warmer blanket or spread on the bed, would have kept me warm.

The kitchenette and the availability of items for the kitchenette and the location!

The outside was very dirty. When taking the dog potty we saw tons of needles and garbage in the picnic area. The beds were saggy and old and made tons of noise.

I like the location.

Our room smelled strongly of smoke/weed both nights. It’s like it was wafting into our room from somewhere else.

Convenient location close to the freeway. Pleasant & chatty staff, helpfully pointed out the restaurant I was meeting a friend had two locations & suggested I double check which place to meet.

The parking lot was VERY ICY, I was concerned about slipping & falling with my bags when attempting to get to/from my car. Sidewalks were clear though.

I'm a huge breakfast person and wasn't pleased with the grab and go breakfast.

Staff was friendly.

Many people hanging around the hotel and parking lot. Our bikes were stolen off of our bike rack that were secured with thick cables.

It was nice. I felt safe. They let me have my dog.

hallway was dirty. breakfast was nothing but coffee, instant oatmeal, and sugary snacks

Room appeared very clean. Liked having a freezer to refreeze ice for cooler using when traveling.

Wish there would have been breakfast.
